"I believe therapy is a place for you to unburden yourself in a safe, non-judgmental environment, and re-discover how to tap into your own inner strength to promote positive change in your life. I hope that clients can learn to be more open about their thoughts and feelings with themselves and others and be more mindful of their every day. I want my clients to feel like they’re supported and that they can manage their mental health struggles without me once our work finishes."

"I strive to foster an open, non-judgemental, safe space within the therapy room. My focus is on meeting you where you are at; in this moment. I believe that you are the expert in your life journey and I am here to guide you on your unique recovery path. In working together we can create a tailored plan to facilitate momentum in achieving your goals and developing stress-reduction skills. Within collaboration we can deconstruct, together, the layers in which mental health may impact life and explore alternative ways of coping that are specific to your goals and desired state of well-being. Through modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and more, we can navigate therapy within the constellation of your empowerment, choice and self-determination."

"Bottom line is I want you to no longer need therapy, and we achieve that by diving into some uncomfortable and challenging stuff. There's no immediate pressure to "fix" anything, especially because most people hold themselves to extremely unrealistic standards of how they "should" be; something I usually address right away is letting go of those expectations once you walk in the door. Once we have a strong relationship, I will start to challenge you to lean into the difficult and uncomfortable feelings, because that is where the healing happens. I also truly believe that you have the skills and self-knowledge to overcome your difficulties; what may be missing is a supportive and empathetic environment that you can feel safe in."

Clients: Individuals and couples, ages 16+

Specialties: Trauma (childhood, sexual, domestic violence), anxiety, anger, relationship issues

Style: Challenging, balanced, humorous, relatable, blend of compassion and science/practicality, flexible | Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory of trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Fun Facts: I love Muay Thai (and you might see my legs bruised often), dancing, reality tv, and I spend lots of time dog training

Schedule: Tue/Wed 2-8pm, Thu 9am-4pm (currently fully booked until April 2024)

"I am here to help you through a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment. Together in a non-judgmental and supportive space, we can explore challenges, such as lack of motivation, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and an overall feeling of being stuck. Your struggles and feelings matter, and I am here to listen. Feeling overwhelmed and stuck can make you feel like you are going through the motions. Through a strength-based approach, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my goal is not only to help you navigate through stressors but also to explore ways to live more meaningfully and purposefully."

Clients: Individuals, ages 16+

Specialties: Anxiety, self-esteem, sexual issues, motivation, empowerment, women's issues

Style: Compassionate, mindful, relatable | Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Fun Facts: I have always loved singing and prioritize it in my life, whether I am singing in a choir or in my car. Nature is important to me, so I make time for camping, hiking, and canoeing every year. If I am feeling stressed, I like to get creative with painting or picking up a new DIY project, usually without having finished the last one or three.

Schedule: Mon 1-8pm, Fri 10am-4pm
