"Hello! I'm Céleste Price (she/they). I support individuals (adults 16+) navigating the complex terrain of trauma, addiction, grief, self-worth, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress—people who seek to build deeper, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and those around them. I truly believe that each person carries within themselves a profound capacity for strength and wisdom, and that these qualities can guide them toward healing.
Yet, we all encounter times when a compassionate presence can help us reconnect with our inner resilience. With a foundation of empathy, kindness, and unwavering positive regard, I am here to journey beside you as you uncover your authentic self and face life's challenges. Together, we can unlock the potential already within you and create a unique pathway to healing and growth.
I am passionate about this work because I believe that healing our wounds has a transformative ripple effect, enriching our relationships, communities, and the world. My approach is grounded not only in professional training but also in my personal commitment to ongoing self-healing. Let’s embark on this journey toward growth, connection, and wholeness, one compassionate step at a time."

"I am here to help you through a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment. Together in a non-judgmental and supportive space, we can explore challenges, such as lack of motivation, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and an overall feeling of being stuck. Your struggles and feelings matter, and I am here to listen. Feeling overwhelmed and stuck can make you feel like you are going through the motions. Through a strength-based approach, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my goal is not only to help you navigate through stressors but also to explore ways to live more meaningfully and purposefully."

Fun Facts: I have always loved singing and prioritize it in my life, whether I am singing in a choir or in my car. Nature is important to me, so I make time for camping, hiking, and canoeing every year. If I am feeling stressed, I like to get creative with painting or picking up a new DIY project, usually without having finished the last one or three.

"I strive to foster an open, non-judgemental, safe space within the therapy room. My focus is on meeting you where you are at; in this moment. I believe that you are the expert in your life journey and I am here to guide you on your unique recovery path. Within collaboration we can deconstruct, together, the layers in which mental health may impact life and explore alternative ways of coping that are specific to your goals and desired state of well-being. Through modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and more, we can navigate therapy within the constellation of your empowerment, choice and self-determination."

"Bottom line is I want you to no longer need therapy, and we achieve that by diving into some uncomfortable and challenging stuff. There's no immediate pressure to "fix" anything, especially because most people hold themselves to extremely unrealistic standards of how they "should" be; something I usually address right away is letting go of those expectations once you walk in the door. Once we have a strong relationship, I will start to challenge you to lean into the difficult and uncomfortable feelings, because that is where the healing happens. I also truly believe that you have the skills and self-knowledge to overcome your difficulties; what may be missing is a supportive and empathetic environment that you can feel safe in."
