Before becoming a therapist, I was first a daughter, a sister, a wife, and a mother. These roles have taught me some of life's greatest lessons about love, resilience, loss, patience, and growth. They have also shown me how complicated life can be, even in moments that are meant to bring us joy.
My passion for therapy comes from a genuine desire to support people through the seasons of life that can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or lonely. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, self-doubt, pregnancy or postpartum changes, or simply feeling stuck, I want you to know you don't have to carry it all on your own.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale. A space where you don't need to have the right words, the perfect explanation, or everything figured out. Together, we'll explore what has brought you here, make sense of the challenges you're facing, and work toward creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into my work, while also helping clients develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has strengths, wisdom, and the capacity for growth, even when those things feel difficult to access.
It is a privilege to be invited into people's stories, and I am committed to creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and genuine human connection.
